Carter's donated the 10,000 units of children's clothing the Sailors have been delivering to children in need through various organizations and orphanages. This delivery is one of many by service members based out of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Togbah is a religious program specialist from Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center in San Diego, Calif., deployed at Camp Lemonnier. Osman is a Djiboutian national working as an interpreter on behalf of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard. Carter's makes and sells clothing for children.
