Multinational soldiers move away from a Black Hawk helicopter after a causality was loaded during a medical evacuation exercise during Tactical Combat Casualty Care course that included soldiers from the United States, Italy, Germany, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands attending the International Special Training Centre's, Train the Trainer course, where half the participants learn tactical combat casualty care and the other half learn to teach the combat casualty course.
