U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin, hold and take photos of a sugar glider after refurbishing and repairing animal habitat displays at the Territory Wildlife Park, Northern Territory, Australia, Sept. 29. The Marines have been volunteering at this site since the beginning of their six-month rotation in Darwin, Australia, as a part of engagement with the local community. Beyond purely military training, Marines’ involvement in community engagements in the Northern Territory shows their appreciation for Australia’s hospitality. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
