Diane Moderow, of the 119th Medical Group, and Lori Ishaug work as volunteers for the WDAY honor flight as they prepare t-shirts for distribution at an informational meeting at the Biltmore Hotel, Fargo, North Dakota, Sept. 27, 2015. The meeting is to inform veterans of World War II, and the Korean War about their itinerary on an all-expenses paid trip to visit military memorials in Washington, D.C., Oct. 18 and 19. Schroeder will be escorting her father Delyle Ishaug, who is a Korean War veteran, and retired from the North Dakota Air National Guard as a Master Sgt. With 32 years of service in the organization. Moderow will is a registered nurse at the Fargo Veteran’s Administration Hospital, who will be providing medical assistance for the veterans on the trip and Lori will be bus leader for the group.
