North Dakota National Guard’s Sgt. Ryan Felch presents his father Donald Felch a family award in appreciation of his support during his recent overseas deployment. Felch was a member of the 231st Brigade Support Battalion Logistical Support Element who were honored at a Freedom Salute ceremony on Sept. 27, 2015, in Fargo, N.D.
