Guest course director Tim Cranton, a United Kingdom registered paramedic and former fire officer, demonstrates treatment of burn injuries to members of the German police, paramedics, fire department and Soldiers from Finland, Ukraine, Germany and United States Army Europe (USAREUR) as part of the International Combat Life Saver Course (CLS). The event took place at the Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) site located in Wackernheim, Germany, Sept. 24, 2015.
