Paul Fitzgerald, team leader of the Al Anbar Provincial Reconstruction Team, thanks members of the local, national and international business communities, with representatives from Al Anbar province's public and private sectors, at the grand opening of the 1st Anbar International Trade Fair in Ramadi, Iraq, Nov. 1. The PRT partnered with the United States Agency for International Development/ Tijara and the event host, the Ramadi Business Center, to plan and execute the event.
