Kachur, attached to Amphibious Construction Battalion (ACB) 1, paints a beam to a school in the Wailevu East School District as part of Pacific Partnership 2015 (PP15). PP15 is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region that provides civil engineering projects, medical assistance and subject matter expert exchanges.
