Rear Adm. Tony Kurta, commander Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, ceremoniously makes an ATM withdrawal following a ribbon cutting Oct. 31, 2009. The new Navy Federal Credit Union ATM is the first on camp and is the first Navy Federal Credit Union ATM on the African continent. This machine is anticipated to dispense approximately a half million U.S. Dollars per month to military members and civilian contractors on camp. Navy Federal Credit Union is a member owned and operated company primarily made up of current and former military members and their dependents. Navy Federal Credit Union is based out of the United States.
