Chief Warrant Officer Derrick B. Fritts, air missile defense tactician technician with the 164th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, is pinned to the rank of CW5 by retired Maj. Gen. James D. Tyre, former commander of the Florida Army National Guard and assistant adjutant general - Army, and Maj. Tina M. Madovoy, brigade human resource officer with the 164th ADA. Fritts has served for over 30 years and completed five rotations to the National Capital Region-Integrated Air Defense System in Washington in support of Operation Noble Eagle (ONE).
