BANGOR, Wash. (Sept.22, 2015) Cmdr. Matthew Chapman, commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Alabama (SSBN 731), crosses the brow with Gen. Paul Selva, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, during a tour of the submarine.
