GREAT LAKES, Ill., (August 13, 2015) – From left; Jerry Simpson, a Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) Information technology specialist, assists Seaman Recruits Jordon Kuhn, 18, from Manheim, Pa. and Corrie Roach (left), 24, from Conyers, Ga., open their electronic tablets (e-tablets) at Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, Aug. 13. Part of the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy’s (MCPON) eSailor initiative, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) launched the second cycle of the pre-pilot with recruit Division 947. The second cycle of testing will help determine how well the device integrates into the training environment at RTC.
