Jumpmasters from the 173rd Airborne Brigade verify the manifest of multinational paratroopers prior to the jump Sept. 17, a part of the 71st anniversary of Operation Market Garden. The jump was part of a series of combined airborne operations and ceremonies to commemorate the 71st anniversary of Operation Market Garden. Market Garden was the largest airborne operation in history, taking place over Sept. 17-20, 1944. Approximately 1,000 paratroopers from the Netherlands, U.S., Germany, Italy, Belgium, Poland and the U.K. participated in the anniversary. (U.S. Army photo by 1st Lt.
