U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Command Sgt. Maj. Antonio S. Jones presents coins to HRC Engineer Branch staffers Lora Swanson (from left), Stephen Marshall and Sandra Lott during a visit to the Maude Complex at Fort Knox, Ky., Sept. 17. Jones recognized Swanson for her continuous, proactive communication with Soldiers, her dedication to their welfare and her professional approach to their assignment management; he praised Marshall for providing consistent management support to Soldiers within the Enlisted Engineer Branch during a transitional period in which the branch chief, branch sergeant major and professional development NCO were replaced by new leadership; and thanked Lott for her exceptional attention to detail that resulted in a commendably low error rate on assignment actions. Her quiet but effective approach to problem solving consistently results in the swift resolution of issues as they arise.
