Leaders from the U.S. Army Reserve and the Puerto Rico National Guard receive a briefing on how 11 acres of solar panels will benefit Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center during a visit to the site in Salinas Sept. 17. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the capabilities of Camp Santiago in hopes of doing collective training between the Reserve and National Guard in the near future.
