150917-N-TV402-280 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 17, 2015) - Logistics Specialist Seaman Gem Fernandez, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), center, observes a video presentation from the President of the United States, President Barrack Obama during a naturalization ceremony at the Chapel of Hope.
