Sergeant Joshua Dubois, a service member from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, plays tug-of-war with local children during a Medical Civil Action Project at Barangay (community) Baliwasan Grande. JSOTF-P assisted the Armed Forces of the Philippines 3rd Civil Military Operations Company, treating thousands of patients over a three-day period, providing basic medical evaluation and treatment, preventive medicines and dental screenings to the local population.
