A Soldier of the 3rd United States Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) participates in a wreath laying at President William Howard Taft's grave site in Section 30, Arlington National Cemetery, Sept. 15, 2015. President Taft was interred in Arlington National Cemetery March 11, 1930. Taft was the first president to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
