Travis Lausier, veterinary technician of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa's 353rd Civil Affairs Functional Specialty Team, shaved a portion of his front left leg and places an intravenous line used for surgery. Hector is having surgery to test for cancer due to an abnormality. Lausier is a native of Caribou, Maine.
