Hektor, a Djiboutian K-9 working dog, is falling asleep after receiving anesthesia while Omar Moumin, Djiboutian police K-9 handler, waits with him in the Expeditionary Medical Facility, Oct. 23. Once asleep, he will be x-rayed and will undergo surgery to test for cancer due to an abnormality.
