Marines pose for a photo Sept. 11 aboard Camp Foster after the 9/11 Remembrance Run. The run was organized and coordinated by United Services Organization Okinawa and the Single Marine Program Okinawa. Participants ran to commemorate the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001. 871 service members and their families dressed in red, white and blue garments during the five-kilometer run along a candle-lit path. Various work sections attended wearing custom made 9/11 remembrance shirts to show their patriotism. The Marines are with S-4, supply and logistics, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, Marine Corps Base-Camp Butler, Japan.
