In June 2009, Phoenix Armstrong, a Defense Contract Management Agency contract administrator with Special Programs South, poses with local children from a little village called 'La Colonia' in the town of Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. Armstrong, who has taken multiple humanitarian trips to the country, had just finished handing out food, clothing and soccer balls to the kids. She said, “The kids love taking pictures, but didn’t know to smile.”
