150904-N-GM561-054 PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 5, 2015) Mexican navy patrol ship ARM Usumacinta (A 412) and the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) participate in a photo exercise during Dawn Blitz (DB-15). Boxer is currently underway off the coast of Southern California participating in DB-15. DB-15 is a multinational training exercise being conducted by Expeditionary Strike Group 3 (ESG-3) and 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade (1st MEB) to build U.S., Japan, Mexico and New Zealand’s amphibious, and command and control capabilities through live, simulated, and constructive military training activities.
