Spc. William Welch, an Army Reserve Soldier with the 304th Military Police Company, Bluefield, W.Va., boards a CH-47 Chinook helicopter. This detachment of MPs from the 400th MP Battalion is providing force protection and security for U.S. Army Africa's Natural Fire 10, a partnership exercise with Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania and Rwanda.
