First Lt. Jared Peck, detachment commander of the Army Reserve MPs, assigned to provide force protection to Natural Fire 10, moves out to Kitgum, 200 miles north. This detachment of MPs from the 400th MP Battalion is providing force protection and security for U.S. Army Africa's Natural Fire 10, a partnership exercise with Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania and Rwanda. Natural Fire is an opportunity for these East African nations and the U.S. military to train side-by-side and work together on a humanitarian assistance mission.
