Washington Army National Guard soldiers Cpl. Kameron Rayburn-Brauer and Spc. Sean Johnson from 1st Battalion, 161st Infantry Regiment, headquartered in Spokane, Wash., along with their Canadian counterparts, provide security for engineers who are preparing to breach an obstacle Aug. 21, 2015, during Exercise Grizzly Defender. The exercise is a joint training mission with the Canadian Army Reserve at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright in Alberta, Canada, which ran from Aug. 15-23, 2015, with a focus on offensive tasks including patrols, convoys, raids, information operations, traffic control points, and company-level group attacks.
