Col. Flyer, 376th Expeditionary Medical Group commander, briefs Kyrgyz Col. Abykeev, Iskender Kydyrmaevich; commander of the military medical department at the Kyrgyz Ministry of Defense, and Col. Kaliev, Kuvanychbek Baidalievich; head of the Besh-Kungei military hospital, on how to work together with Airmen at the Transit Center at Manas to improve their newly built hospital during a visit to the Besh-Kungei military hospital, Kyrgyzstan, Oct. 14, 2009. Flyer led a team of seven Airmen that visited the opening ceremony of the newly built hospital. The hospital building contract, which cost about $1.8 million, was funded by the U.S. States Department.
