Lt. Tom Plonsker, an engineer officer with the Israeli Home Front Command, helps Army Sgt. Heather Faehnle, a member of the Ohio National Guard's Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force into a chemical suit Oct. 21, at the HFC base in Zrifin, Israel. The CERF team is taking part in a joint training exercise dubbed Juniper Cobra 10. It involves nearly 1,000 United States military personnel from U.S. European Command, 357th Air Missile Defense Detachment, and the National Guard.
