Southern Partnership Station 2015 Mission Commander Capt. Robert Cepek promotes Lt. Nathan Harvey, a native of Titusville, Fla., assigned to Destroyer Squadron 40 (DESRON 40), Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Fla., to the rank of lieutenant commander aboard the USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1), on Sept. 1. Harvey serves as the operations officer of Southern Partnership Station 2015. SPS-JHSV 15 is a U.S. Navy deployment focused on subject-matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces.
