U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command use a technique called "floating" to evenly disperse and properly smooth concrete during the construction of the school Luky Yabayak, in Puerto Lempira, Honduras, on Aug. 21, 2015.
