Soldiers from the Illesheim Army Health Clinic conducted a trauma training exercise. To simulate a combat environment, strobe lights, smoke and loud music were used. The event included simulated weapons fire, simulated explosions, prosthetic makeup, simulated combat injuries and a simulated combat situation against actors playing an opposing force.
