U.S. Sen. John McCain shakes the hand of the Latvian Land Forces Commander Col. Martins Liberts during a visit to Adazi Military Base, Latvia, Aug. 20. The visit provided congressional delegates from the U.S. Senate and leaders from the U.S. Army and Latvian Land Forces an opportunity to meet with troops participating in Operation Atlantic Resolve.
