Sgt. Reuben Smith, IV, officer selection assistant, Recruiting Station Sacramento, mentors participants at the Ron Brown Business and Economic Summit here, Aug. 29, 2015. The California Black Chamber of Commerce hosted a youth summit at the event to teach local youths about leadership and business skills. The participants formulated business plans and presented to a panel, who critiques and advised them.
