Joey Olewiler, assigned to 8th Engineer Support Battalion in Camp Lejeune, N.C., prepares to depart Puerto Castilla, Honduras, for Puerto Lempira and Mocoron Airfield in a UH-60 Black Hawk, on Aug. 21. Olewiler was deployed as part of the Adaptive Force Package in support of Southern Partnership Station-Joint High Speed Vessel 2015 (SPS-JHSV 15) and is transferring to Special Purpose-Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Southern Command to assist in their projects. SPS-JHSV 15 is an annual series of U.S. Navy deployments, fostering a lasting relationship with the host nations by promoting and enhancing regional stability and security through the sharing of experiences.
