Greg Fournier, a lead Pacific Air Forces coordinator of Pacific Airlift Rally 2015, facilitates the command post exercise portion of the rally here Aug. 26. PAR is a biennial, military airlift symposium sponsored by Pacific Air Forces for nations of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. The 2015 rally was hosted by the Alaska Air Guard's 176th Wing Aug. 24 to 28. PAR 15 uses a Humanitarian Assistance/ Disaster Relief scenario to provide participants an opportunity to cooperate, interact and advance airlift topics specific to the region.
