Christopher Pugh set up a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) antenna to establish connections with JISCC sites at Scott Air Force Base and Peoria, Ill., as part of exercise Prairie Assurance, Aug. 24 to 28, 2015, at the 183rd Fighter Wing, Springfield, Ill. The multi-agency event was sponsored by the Illinois National Guard and designed to train elements of a task force to rapidly respond to a major earthquake in southern Illinois.
