Chris Wyatt, director, African Studies, U.S. Army War College, and Jeffrey Landsman, professor, War Gaming Department, U.S. Naval War College (NWC), answer questions during NWC's 12th Regional Alumni Symposium-Africa, held at NWC in Newport, R.I. The event, co-hosted by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and U.S. 6th Fleet and sponsored by U.S. Africa Command, served as an opportunity to strengthen global maritime partnerships and address strategic, operational and technical issues of relevance to the Africa region.
