Airman 1st Class James Rutt, 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons load crew member, makes fine tuned adjustments to a 'jammer' carrying a B-52H Stratofortress weapon system at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Aug. 24, 2015.
