The Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Honor Guard performs a tribute to former Vietnam War prisoners of war and those who remain missing in action during the 41st Freedom Flyer Reunion Wreath-laying Ceremony March 28, 2014, at Washington Circle. Annually, the Freedom Flyers return to JBSA-Randolph to share their stories and visit the site where they received their flying recertification, or their final flight, after their return from prisoner-of-war status.
