POLARIS POINT, Guam (August 26, 2015) – Capt. Drew St. John is piped aboard by the side boys for the submarine tender USS Frank Cable’s (AS 40) change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, St. John relieved Capt. Mark Benjamin as Frank Cable’s commanding officer. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
