Maj. Samuel Tucker, a weapon systems officer assigned to the 335th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, breaks the 1,000 combat hour milestone as he lands in an F-15E Strike Eagle, tail number 484. Surpassing more than 1,000 combat hours is a rare record in the F-15E community. Tucker is deployed from the 4th Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C.
