Mitchell Matney, a raven operator for Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 1-221 CAV., 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, assemble a Raven unmanned aerial vehicle at Combat Outpost Nagil, Laghman province, Oct. 13. The Raven is able to provide real time video feeds once in the air.
