The hydraulic test stand is used during B-1B Lancer maintenance. Rouse and Desautels are deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. and Frazier is deployed from Dyess AFB, Texas, in support of operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
