(Aug. 21, 2015) A Cameroonian officer participates in a counterterrorism strategy exercise during a Strategic Level Small Craft Combating Terrorism Course (SLC) at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). During this course, the officers receive training on the strategic theory of standing-up, manning, training, equipping, resourcing, employing and sustaining a "Combatting Terrorism" unit. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command's International Center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums strengthening partner nation capabilities and capacity.
