Mark Darrah, program executive officer for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons, from Shawnee Mission, Kan., speaks to more than 100 members and guests of the Downtown Kansas City Rotary Club 13. Darrah spoke about the Navy’s mission, capabilities, and its Sailors. The event was in support of Kansas City Navy Week, which coincides with the Navy Blue Angels performance at the Kansas City Aviation Expo. Kansas City is one of 12 cities selected to host a 2015 Navy Week, which is coordinated by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
