Joseph Meredith is retired by Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) Commanding Officer, Col Rollin Brewster, during a ceremony held in his honor at MCESG headquarters, Marshall Hall, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Aug. 14, 2015.
