    The plaque for the newly-named Chief Warrant Officer Joseph B. Avilés Fast Response Cutter and Engineering Support Building is unveiled by son Joseph Avilés Jr. and Capt. Robert W. Warren during a dedication ceremony at Sector San Juan Aug. 18, 2015, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Chief Warrant Officer Joseph B.
