Jan Tighe, commander of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command, addresses Sailors at an all-hands call during her visit to Command Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Tighe visits CFAY as part of an area familiarization tour, during which she met with FLEACT/CNJF Command representatives and Japan Self Defense Force. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
