Indonesia (Aug. 7, 2015) – A Sailor and Marine monitor the unloading of equipment from a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) assigned to Navy Beach Unit (NBU) 7, during a beach storming exercise as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2015. In it’s 21st year, CARAT is an annual, bilateral exercise series with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations including Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
