Brig. Gen. Patrick Sargent, commanding general, Regional Health Command- Pacific, proposes outcomes for mapping the way forward for the ASEAN Regional Forum Bio-Preparedness and Disaster Response Template. Members from U.S. Pacific Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, National Defense University and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory comprise the United States Delegation, which is co-chairing the event with the Philippines.
